I had a very disappointing experience with a dash cam installation at Car Toys Bellevue. I called ahead and specifically asked whether I could bring my own P12 Pro mirror dash cam for installation. They told me yes and estimated the work would take around 2 hours. When I arrived, however, the technician looked at the camera and said he had no experience installing that particular model and wasn’t sure how long it would take. I was told they probably wouldn’t finish that evening, so I agreed to leave my car overnight. Because they expected the installation to take longer, I was charged $570 for the installation alone. The dash cam itself only cost around $200. The next day, they called and told me the car was ready. When I picked it up, I received no paperwork explaining what work had been done, how it was wired, or anything else related to the installation. They simply handed me my keys and told me the car was outside. As soon as I started driving, I noticed the dash cam was repeatedly turning off and back on every couple of minutes. Later, we tested the camera ourselves. With a different power cable, the dash cam worked perfectly. We then connected a phone to the power connection

I've been dealing with this company for nearly 10 years and brought multiple cars. Every time has been quick and seamless. The prices are unbeatable. Travis, Lawrence & Stuart have been the best of help with answering any questions I've had and just easing my mind about warranty and installation. 10/10 recommend to people interested about coming here.
